Let’s talk Health and Wellness. Now, this includes all the body, mind, and spirit.

But today, we’re talking body.

I’ve been eating well for a while now, and I’ve been walking. I went from being bedridden to walking almost 6 miles, 4to 5 days a week. I had lost 4 lbs. doing this over a few months. (My starting weight was 168.)

A friend of mine, Valerie, who had been buying essential oils from me for almost two years, decided she and her husband wanted to lose weight. I told them about the TerraFit Challenge. I had not ever done a challenge, buy my dear friend Alysia Hurtado is a coach and has been trying to get me to do it for about two years now.

Brent Opoulos (the husband) in 12 weeks lost 56 lbs and won the points and weight loss parts of the challenge. His wife, Valerie lost 16 lbs. (She has a lot of health issues that required her to modify the workouts.)

So, June 20th I joined TerraFit and have lost 3 lbs in the first two weeks. But even better than that, I have gone down one pants size. So I’m putting on muscle and getting leaner!

My goal is to lose 27 lbs by the end of the 12 week challenge.
