Last week was a little slow for me. I wasn’t feeling well a few of the days and didn’t work out my normal 5 days a week. But I did get 3 workouts in. I only lost 1 lb. but, hey, I lost a pound. Whoo Hoo!
Anyway, I’m back to good health and am happy that I am able to take charge of my life and get in better shape.
